The Evergreen Park Boys Club (EPBC) thanks
you in advance for the time you have
committed to volunteer. It is through
volunteer work that allows EPBC to keep our
costs low.
Listed
below will be the 2011 Volunteer Schedule. For
some of our tasks (picnic day), more information
may appear as we get closer to the actual
date.
For Opening Day or Picnic Day, those assigned to
other duties (i.e. Spirit
Wear Sales or Split the Pot) should report to
the Concession Stand at the time listed.
If you know in advance you cannot make the
date and time assigned, you must find a
replacement to swap and both of you need to
communicate this via e-mail to
volunteer@epboysclub.com.
The change will only take place if you
receive a confirming e-mail back.
If you do not work on the day or night you
are scheduled and you did not find a
replacement, we will cash your Volunteer
Check the very next day.
Finally, if there is a rain out, you will be expected
to work on the make-up date. If you don't
know the make-up date on the day of the
rain-out, you will receive a phone call or
email letting you
know the date.
