Ghost Baseball

EPBC Ghosts is a part-time travel program offered by Evergreen Park Baseball Club, serving all interested players 8U+.
We provide baseball to the community – we have been the proud home to ~10,000 youth baseball players since 1958,
and have planted seeds for 100’s of High School and College players at Duffy Park and Norris Field. EPBC is proud to
draw 400+ neighborhood players each year, and the Ghost program is designed to add development and competition.

Program Basics:
● Offseason practices (Dec-Mar) at local facilities, guided by experienced coaches
● Multiple public and private local high school “showcase” camps/practices
● Program based on decades of collective youth baseball instruction and College/MLB experience
● Progressive ‘Ground-Up’ skills development that builds on foundations and grows with the game/player
● EPBC House League participation for 8U-12U (April-June)
● Age- and Level-appropriate Travel as EPBC Ghosts (April-June)

Our Purpose

The object of this club will seek to implant in the youth of our community ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty and courage.

This objective will be achieved by providing recreational activity for as many of our youth as the organizational personnel deems necessary and as parental participation will allow. All shall bear in mind that exceptional athletic skill and the winning of games are secondary and that the formation of sound character is of prime importance.

Though the name Evergreen Park Baseball Club may be construed as limited, registration of participants will be open to any child, male or female, within the age limits of their respective playing divisions.
